Not a good place to work

Does not provide growing opportunities,and over time is not paid. You stay late and work after hours for free, and when you provide proof that you stay late for admissions and or nursing tasks they do not care about the staff, they just illegally change your punch out hours,

i was a student at facility and facility was a rewarding experience and staff was professional and awesome.

Fun place to work

I worked as an activity aide at Hudson view, had the best time of my life while working there. I loved the residents of the facility, they were wonderful, we built a great bound together.

good learning experience

learned importance of time management and prioritizing. Poor team work. it was difficult to work alone on a floor with 39 patients. No help given

Over all healthy work enviroment

As an Activity Aide at the hudson view a typical day begins during the hours of 8:30 A.M - 9:00 A.M . during this time you are responsible to go over your agenda for the day and greet the residents. at aproximately 9:30 A.M you begin your first activity charted and the rest of the day begins to flow into place.
