Working for the company was great until the company decided to be bought out. Unfortunately, the company no longer exists and the current company would not allow pay increases, nor bonuses. The culture was more of a family dynamic, until corporate came that is.

great group of people to work with

I enjoyed my time with Rehab Management. With various locations which I worked at most of them It was very fast paced with a great learning environment from multiple therapists.

Totally disgusted

Program manager sits in her office selling 31, Avon, fruit, popcorn etc. While the rehab tech does her job. Program manager stays on the phone talking to friends, husband and placing orders for the above mentioned. She lacks the skills to be a therapist because she does no therapy and charges the companies for the service. FRAUD

Great Family Company

You're typical physical therapy tech job#N#Laundry, Patient exercises, Clinic Cleanliness.#N#The owners were awesome and would host holiday parties. Overall great job, the PT I worked under was super cut throat and cranky, but that will really just depend on the clinic you work in.

Incredible owner and great work environment

One of the best work environments I've ever worked in. Caring owners who invest in their employees and enjoyed all my fellow PTA's and PT's. Good benefits and Continuing Education reimbursement.

Secretive, favoritism with employees, tells employees on same team they are the team leader

I was responsible for a patients account from the time a patient was seen at a clinic until they were discharged from care. This would include following up with the insurance company to explaining a patients balance to them.

typical day at work

loved working with the patients... small clinic, allowed you to get to know the patients on a personal level. It was nice to see patients go from not feeling well, to getting better.
