I only briefly skimmed it but it seems very helpful for those who can't find employment due to the pandemic and also can't use montgomery, post 9/11m, vr&e etc. Also more money for the VA overall. Hope this helps.

I have been out of the military since 2011, and although it doesn't happen with too much frequency, I keep having this recurring dream in which I find out that the military has informed me that I'm deploying to a combat zone.
