Life isn’t too hard, standard stresses. Finances, kids, mortgage, etc. I have a decent life. My experiences in the Navy weren’t too exciting, spent 90% of my time in a clinic with aspirations of deployment. Typical divorce and all that. No camaro though lol.

How can I stress the importance of filing your disability claims asap to those separating?

A buddy of mine got out a year ago and is just now filing claims. Only really started after I told him I’m 100% p&t and can still work. I’ve been telling him to go since before he got out, since I was seperating myself and filing my claims. He says he was busy but I really can’t think of anything more important.

Just wanted to reach out and wish everyone a happy thanksgiving. I work with older vets on a daily basis and wanted to express to you what I tell them everyday.
