I was asked a question by a fellow veteran but did not know how to respond.

Net books are worthless

Unless your just doing an english, history or some major like that, Netbooks are worthless. You will not be able to do fast computations or programming and the videos will lag. Not only that but your going to strain you eyes looking at a 10 inch monitor hours on end. Voc rehab should and will pay for a decent computer.

How much does a learning disability assessment cost?

These assessments allow veterans to diagnose the impact of their learning disability on college academic performance. Cost can range from $1,000 to $3,500. Once diagnosed by the civilian, there are two benefits. First, the veterans with a learning disability can get extended time on academic testing.
