The Lodge is a great place to work

The Lodge has a great team of professionals. Nice team work and the management staff is engaging and accessible. Would recommend working here to anyone.

Fun Work Environment

Great Building. Overall Staff are happy and alot of support from management and the teams. Overall one of the better facilities I worked in and recommend to others.

Staff is friendly

I am currently employed at the lodge and I give thanks to the staff for pulling together and working as a team. Since the pandemic, workers have worked over and beyond to make sure the residents are being well taken care of. I am glad to be apart of a dynamic team.

I hate going into work every day because you never know if there will be enough staff

From this new company took off in January it’s been going downhill not enough CNA‘s to work the floor or nurses. And when you talk to management about needing more help on the floor they give you attitude. The department heads do not care about what goes on the floor all they do is sit in the offices. We are understaffed and over worked

Rough...just rough

PTO and vacation times and schedules are frequently “messed up”. Important meetings aren’t posted which leads to staff being unaware of crucial changes. They will call you the day of and cut you off the schedule. Does NOT supply necessary equipment (example: vital sign machines) There is currently 1 working machine in this 99-bed facility.

Profit before patients

Time to move on. Very short staffed. No incentive to even walk in the door. Increased work load and longer hours. No raise no bonus. No thank you’s-ever. If you have family there, I highly recommend getting them out soon. I’ll be surprised if the place isn’t shut down by the end of the year. Let me also mention the administrator and the new owners.

Assisted Living Reviews for The Lodge Retirement Community

I visited The Lodge Retirement Community. They let me in. Most time you can't go in, you have to restructure your visits, and because of the COVID thing it's been kind of difficult. It's a nice place, but it's $4,000 - $4500 a month, and my mom can't afford that. The tour was very good. We didn't try the food. The facility was clean.

We visited The Lodge Retirement Community. They have independent living and that's what we were looking for, but since then we changed our mind, sold our house, are packing, and bought a condo.
