Get Back to Doing What You Love with St. John's Rehabilitation Care

Not sure where you or a loved one should go to recover after surgery? Do you just want to get back into your usual routine after a hospital stay? For those who need more rehabilitation and support than they can receive at home, St. John’s senior rehabilitation and transitional services are the answer.

Rehabilitation Expertise

Our experienced therapy staff is trained in the latest advances in rehabilitative medicine to support transitional care needs from orthopedic surgery recovery to cardiac and stroke rehabilitation.

Resources

The physical therapy was phenomenal! Completed in three weeks what would usually take six weeks. Great physical therapists! A former St. John's rehabilitation client

Personalized Rehabilitation Care

Our small senior rehabilitation center, supported by the Wolk Foundation, means you enjoy a more personalized level of care than found at larger providers. With a patient-to-nursing ratio of just 10:1, you can be assured that your needs will be met in a customized manner.

Specialization

At Brighton Center for Recovery, we feel strongly that full recovery from substance abuse also involves care after the rehab program is over. We know that without follow up treatment, it is easy to fall back into destructive patterns of substance abuse.

Treatment Center Links

Anyone attempting to manipulate or spam our system or the providers’ own listing pages risks having all content removed.

Detoxification

Detoxification (detox) is the process in which a patient’s body is safely withdrawn from the substance (s) to which it is addicted. When a person uses drugs or alcohol for a period of time, toxins build up in the body.

Rehabilitation

Deciding what level of drug or alcohol rehab treatment you need can be difficult. That is why Ascension Brighton Center for Recovery has a professional staff that will evaluate your use history and help you determine the best course of treatment for your situation.

Inpatient Programs

Our inpatient rehab programs are recommended for people who need to be closely monitored or who are unable to achieve sobriety while living in their current environments.

Outpatient Programs

Some people may be better served by one of our outpatient programs. Through customized group counseling and educational sessions, we are able to focus on substance-abuse rehabilitation while the patient maintains employment and family life outside of the hospital setting.

Friends and Family Program Information

When the abuse of drugs or alcohol takes over a person’s life, the addict is not the only one who is hurting.
