Given a situation, PTO, it was not specifically noted about taking an extended period time even given 6 months notice. Multiple attempt to contact HR, provided no clarity and they stopped answering calls after I pointed out the lack of clarity in the manual for this situation
nice rehab gym at forest ridge. Loved the staff in Castle Rock
I was PRN but everyone was nice and helpful. Good places to work. . I floated from forest ridge and castle Rock. The staff at each facility were nice and helpful.
Under appreciated
I only began working for SRS because they bought out the previous management company. I found that they expected more work in the same amount of time. I found myself and my coworkers clocking out even before I was done with paperwork to meet productivity standards
Contract employee
The people I work directly with at SRS have all been wonderful people with whom to work. Upper management has not treated me well any of the places that I have worked for the company and I have worked for them in Dallas, Nacogdoches, Schulenburg, Kemp,Graham twice, Rockwall and Waxahachie.
Great co workers
The company recently filed for bankruptcy so our health coverage price tripled. The company signed a contract with a home health agency. Now we have to take on home health pts at our hourly rate which is half of home health rate.
They suck
If you need time off for sick or vacation, they expect you to make it up rather than use the PTO you’ve earned. They also want you to pick up Part B’s regardless of need
Supportive team members
Typical productivity expectations. It definitely was a business. We had a very strong rehab department which truly made a difference in the lives of those seniors we treated.
