I unfortunately saw Dr. Erbstoesser when Dr. Long was on vacation. He was with Phoenix Family Physicians at Missouri and 19th Avenue at the time. I was suffering with a debilitating back injury. He was cold and uncaring and refused to do anything to help me. My daughter-in-law had a similar disagreeable experience with him.
