Long of the short: No! Voc. Rehab is not income. Try to go buy a house on that money....The tuition money is not classified as an EFC, either. Put what you make from working or put you make $0 if unemployed. (Same goes for Ch. 33).

We applied online to add myself and my daughter as dependents to my husband's disability 2 weeks ago. Today we go the letter in the mail saying it has been approved and will be added starting April 1st. No muss no fuss hell they didn't even ask to show proof of marriage or my daughter's birth certificate.
