Thursday we found out our son passed on active duty in Norfolk. His mom and I are crushed. I am the PADD. The Navy folks visited and left us forms. We are having a meeting tonight with his siblings. What do we need to know?

Depression sucks

Right now I'm really feeling terrible. Like literal shit. I left my ex 2 months ago because she didn't want to get married after 9 yrs knowing that's what I wanted 4 yrs prior. I moved back home but feel so alone right now. Old friends have their own lives and family while I'm laying in bed with no one. I can't stand my family very much either.

So I got help from a VSO a few months ago filing a claim, and she seemingly added in all of these extra claims that I thought were complete BS.
