Your eligibility depends on just two things; firstly, if you have a service-connected disability rating of at least 10% (“serious” employment handicap). Secondly, if you have a rating of over 20% (with employment handicap) and do not have a dishonorable discharge.

Graduate School

I do not know if they will allow Grad School in Voc Rehab, YET. I am not too that point yet, but I have mentioned it to my counselor to see what she would say and I was told that "a Master's degree in my career field is unnecessary".

Yes you can

I am currently enrolled in a Masters Program. It is possible, but it depends partly on your adviser. My Bachelors is in Economics and I have been unable to find another job in two years. When my unemployment ran out I applied for Voc Rehab. I showed that in two years I was unable to find a "career" position with an employer.

I have not done a lot of research but it sounds like every scenario is situationally dependent. I already had a MA degree in a non-career field. I lost my public service job (over 100k/year) due to VA disabilities. Out of work for 2 years and was approved for Voc Rehab to become Physician Assistant.

Thursday we found out our son passed on active duty in Norfolk. His mom and I are crushed. I am the PADD. The Navy folks visited and left us forms. We are having a meeting tonight with his siblings. What do we need to know?

Depression sucks

Right now I'm really feeling terrible. Like literal shit. I left my ex 2 months ago because she didn't want to get married after 9 yrs knowing that's what I wanted 4 yrs prior. I moved back home but feel so alone right now. Old friends have their own lives and family while I'm laying in bed with no one. I can't stand my family very much either.

So I got help from a VSO a few months ago filing a claim, and she seemingly added in all of these extra claims that I thought were complete BS.

Still in Shock

I looked at my rating on eBenefits Friday morning and I went from 60% to 100%p&t. This changes everything for me and allows myself and my spouse to focus on other things (recovery) instead of the constant stress that comes with financial insecurities.
