The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) has gone digital! Now, in addition to in-person and over the phone, you have the opportunity to apply for services online through MRC Connect. If you have a disability, MRC Connect includes an online referral application that collects needed information across several MRC programs.
