I've worked for Team a long time and it's not moving in the right direction to keep employees happy. I love my patients, and I get paid well, but demands are increasing with less support staff. In their efforts to "keep the patients happy" they are underappreciating the employees.

Very good company to work for if you are a physical therapy technician. There are so many learning opportunities and classes that you can take for free. The only bad thing I have to say is that the pay is terrible and they are very stingy with raises.
