Who is Maria at Chestelm?
Maria is responsible for the day-to day operations of Chestelm Adult Day Services and another in Middletown CT. She has many years in the Adult Day Center field. She handles the financial, medical, transportation, contracting, and regulatory requirements of the Day Center. Feel free to contact her with any questions.
Who is Kelsey from the Nursing Department?
Kelsey is our Director of Nursing Services. She is responsible for the daily management of all patient care. She oversees the entire Nursing Department. Kelsey communicates closely with our Medical Team of providers as well as our residents/patient, families, resident representatives and employees.
What does Kerren do in nursing?
Kerren assists the Director of Nursing in the daily management of patient care. She rounds with our Staff Physicians, keeping patients, families, and staff informed of the current health status. She coordinates our resident care conferences where the current health statuses are exchanged with residents / patients, families, community caregivers, discharge planners, and our leadership team.
Why does Rebecca visit residents?
Rebecca visits all residents upon admission to assure the resident is on the most appropriate diet. Every effort is made to accommodate food preference and maintain the residents' usual eating pattern. All residents are constantly reviewed to monitor their overall nutritional status.
What is Mary's job?
Mary is responsible for the day-to-day financial and business operations of the office. Mary can assist you with any financial considerations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private billing. She can also direct you accordingly in regard to patient funds.
