management is seriously lacking. No leadership. A lot of catty employees including the administration. Pay is fair but that is about the only thing going for this place. They don't provide staff with proper tools to do their job and there is no guidance.

Not a great place to work if you’re looking for benefits and career growth. Upper management is never there. Managers don’t do reviews or raises unless you ask for it.

Administration needs improvement, especially on how the speak to employees. Better & affordable benefit for employees. Empathy for all patients, long and short term. Work better as a team. Turn over is ridiculously high. Employees need to be recognized more. Stop favoritism.

Fun place to work!!

There are a lot of different opinions as to whether it's a good place to work or not. For me it's a GREAT place to work. They do a lot of employee based programs by holding events through out the year and giving incentives for doing the job you signed up for.

Busy everyday. Have to work with random situations. Learned you can't please everyone. hardest part is dealing with the stress, feeling alone. Getting paid is enjoyable.

Overall an average company to work for

Oasis is not a part of a corporate office, this can be a pro or a con depending on situation. It is the only facility of it's type in the area so job security is good. Overall just your average. Nothing to write home about

Great therapy team, kind caring individuals thoughout the facility

Poor administrative communication and lack of annual performance reviews for management. Great number of turn over in most departments. Staff really provides empathy and compassion towards their community members.
