Full Answer

Lots of autonomy with scheduling

Fox is a great company with an awesome culture and push for ethically great care. It's a unique set up - you make your own schedule and decide how to use your time. Awesome for having doctor's appointments and not having to use PTO as you can see more patients on other days that week to make up for it no problem.

Flexible

I enjoy working for Fox but there are areas, just like at any job, where they could improve. Not much room for advancement unless you want to move to a developing territory. Management is great and supportive.

Pros

Flexible schedules for better work/life balance, benefits offered for part time schedules.

Cons

Wear and tear on vehicle, not compensate for many extras (phones, mileage, meetings, documentation time), difficult caseloads at full time.

Good place for per diem work

I work per diem and the hours are flexible since you can make your own schedule. Most of the coworkers are very nice and will help if you reach out.

Great flexibility but at a cost of limited PTO, no raises

Great flexibility and work life balance. However, no pay raises, limited PTO which has to be used if sick ( even with Covid),or if patient cancels. Benefits are expensive. Patients staying in therapy too long with PT/OT overlap.

Cons

Pto, salary, often get cases that should only be PT, then have to spend time documenting patient declining services.
