Good patient to CNA ratios. Great team members and new management, which is still in transition. Great benefits and flexible schedules available to people with other life responsibilities.

Overkill on daily documentation with high productivity expectations

This company is "not good"! Don't work for them! They get SNF contracts and do not have staffing for the facilities. They also have poor benefits and PTO accrual (~2 weeks for everything i.e.

Overall ok

Nothing really bad to say and nothing really good. Productivity pushed as with any contract therapy company. Wants you to do whatever it takes to make customer happy regardless of moral.

Decent

Decent company. Unfortunately they lost many contracts, then pay cuts and locked/lost PTO. Never can find PRN so when want time off very stressful and often don’t know until last minute.

Average company

Unrealistic expectations of production. Co workers were decent. Pay was average, benefits were poor. Management difficult to get a hold of at times. Would recommend for entry level jobs.

Do you like not being appreciated?

Once upon a time Encore was decent, but greed took over. Management was not supportive at all. It was a culture of micromanaging and no appreciation. I worked for them for 10 years with no raise at all and for compensation to be taken away either in the form of salary or pto. My greatest joy was my immediate team that I worked with and my patients.

Good benefits

For the most part, this was a good job. Little micromanagement involved and it was a good learning experience and setting. It was not as demanding as some other director positions.
