Awful

This place sucks as both a nursing home and a place to work. If you are not a brown noser you get nowhere, if you don't let people walk all over you then you're a terrible worker and others will do whatever it takes to try and get you in trouble for the stupidest things. By far one of the worst places I've ever worked at.

Good place to work

It’s a pretty good place to work especially for a first job. It’s a big learning experience and will prepare you well into a future in health care. I’d recommend it.

Friendships trump value. Drama created by emplyees to keep their jobs

Work as an Lpn. Very dissatisfied with the work environment. The Cna's run the nursing dept and as long as you cut throat the other nurses to the adon..you might be able to keep your job. Clicks galore here.

Needs more compassion for workers

Needs to learn the workers have feeling to and a life outside of work. The place is not a bad place they just need to find what's important and keep friendships out of the workplace

Good working environment, bur the pay is not what very good

I liked the people I worked with, but they did not pay enough for the work that we did, did not give much overtime. They started other people off with higher pay than those who have been there longer.

Ok place

It was an ok place to work. Employees were ok, residents were awesome.

Decent Place

Good culture, nursing staff can definitely make a difference. Nursing admin was great and really down to earth. Plenty of available hours and OT. Good bonuses for picking up shifts as well.

Pleasent place to work

Good pay, management is respectful and shows appreciation. Self scheduling, therefore home life is easier to maintain. PTO and opportunity for overtime hours. Staff gets along ok.

Tech work

I love the job because I love what I do but it’s way too much on the techs to only be paid 11.00 dollars an hour. You barely get a chance to sit down and when you do it’s someone (DON) barking orders at you like your not human. I feel the job would be a lot better if you get management that actually care about the staff.

Cons

Some listen and don’t do anything about it. To much work on techs, too many patients to take care of on day shift
