Easy

I didn't learn much because they didn't offer many classes. Also, my car was keyed. Spinal chord unit is a job nobody wants . Unpleasant experience overall

Ok place

Ok place to work, good benefits, has spending account for health insurance. Vacation is based on seniority. Required to be on one weekend and off the following.

Busy but rewarding and fun

I completed an internship here and learned a lot. Everyone was so knowledgeable and the best part was the patient care. I felt the treatment from nursing staff left something to be wanted. Rehab teams are always busy, busy, busy, but if it weren't for that I think I would have seen more collaboration.

Very productive

Supervisors there keep on top of things. They make sure productivity is up to par. Help you in mistakes you make. Good staff. They very good doctors who help patients that have brain injuries, spinal injuries, Cva's, Postpolio, and anything else that needs rehabilitating.

Excellent place for mentorship

The physical therapy department is huge on mentorship and professional development. There are many opportunities to integrate professional interests beyond direct patient care into your career with Rancho. Rancho excels at promoting diversity, culturally competent care, and a patient-centered experience.

Very Busy Clinics

Management needs to improve. No set breaks. Uneven workload. Bad rapport with coworkers. Lazy employees. Rude coworkers. It is a good place to develop your skills but not a long term situation to work at.

Mediocre at best

They brought me in as per diem worker and had my scheduling all over the place. I feel that they're under the impression that I'm not going to stay too long so they hired someone else to take up my hours. That's weak in my opinion.
