The biggest problem you will encounter working there is the administrator and her horrible team. The administrator is a 27 year old nasty, rude, mean little girl. And the kicker is, her father is the CEO of the company- So she can get away with doing mean things. Every department is short staffed to save money, and you will work like a dog and get nothing in return. Riverside has the worse care I've ever seen in nursing homes too. It's a cheap, shady little company with pretenders, viciousness and small minds.

Is Riverside a good nursing school?

Riverside is a great place to start if you are beginning your nursing career. Any place you go will be stressful, but at least at riverside, you get to be in a smaller environment with staff and residents who you come to love and care about. Yes, sometimes it can be short staff, but that happens anywhere you go. I would def recommend this place to someone who is new in the nursing profession and would like to grow and gain more experience!
