By living, studying and working together in an atmosphere of Christian love and understanding, residents can find themselves through the love of Christ.#N#During the first four weeks of their program our aim is to provide a structured environment for spiritual growth. BCRC does not offer conventional drug and alcohol treatment. Our program is designed to encourage recovery by developing a relationship with Jesus Christ and working the 12-step program. By design, Phase I residents will pray together, worship together and study the biblical principles of a Christ-centered life.#N#After completion of the initial four weeks, each resident will be reviewed by staff and senior residents. The areas of review will include spiritual growth, personal responsibility, compliance with rules and regulations, Trust, willingness, and active recovery. In phase 2, residents will begin to take on more responsibility and will have the opportunity to build more and more trust.#N#The third, and final, phase of the BCRC program is the exit planning phase. Each resident will meet with the Director of Operations in their final weeks of the program to develop a well thought out exit strategy to help them become successful as they enter their new lives with hope!#N#Like many Recovery Centers, after completion of the program the opportunity to go onto BCRC Volunteer Staff is available for select individuals. You will continue to learn and grow in your relationship with Christ as well as continue on to work the 12 steps with a sponsor. All the while you will be engaging with other men as you offer your guidance and experience on the road to recovery.#N#The Pastoral Care at BCRC is ongoing. In addition to interacting with loving and caring pastors and teachers every day, each resident will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with Pastor Raymond Wood as he visits each week to check in with the spiritual well-being of the residents.#N#BCRC is a nicotine-free program and all residents agree to abstain from use during the entire 16 week program, regardless of physical location.
