Wonderful Place to work
I worked at Cottonwood Post-Acute Rehab for about 7 years , it was a engaging experience with lots of friendly co-workers. The nurse consultants were extremely knowledgeable and tremendously helpful to me in my roles in the building.
Bad management high turn over rate
Place has great employees but management is horrible and threatens staff. Management doesn’t appreciate the dedicated staff they have and belittles those who don’t suck up to them
Work here and risk of loosing your license!
Please be very careful about considering working at Cottonwood. DON and management are out to blame anyone and everyone. This facility IS NOT 5 star! Facility is still utilizing paper charting, that is how they pass state regulations.
Worse please for work
They always have short staff , medical record act like management and DON. No help. This facility considered as a 5 star facility; however ; I don’t know how ? There is nothing like 5 star . Whenever short staff consequences occur, DON and DSD hide and act like they do not know how to work on floor . Worse please ... : (
Worst place to work
Please dont ever work here if you dont want to lose your license or get sue. Too many chiefs not enough indians. Bad management, not enough support, medical record acts like director of nursing, unprofessional staff. Dirty facility, and corporate dont know what they're doing.

Poor cohesion, threatened by management, internal problems hidden by management from state.

Do not work here if you dnt want to lose your license. Pay sucks for the amount of work load you do. Unprofessional staff. Unappreciative management. Lack off support from management. Big stressor in life. No system and medical records acts like a director of nursing
