kitchen worker

A friendly environment where people work hard and have a great time in the process. From the CEO on down, everyone makes an effort to know everyone else. First names are used and pleasantries are exchanged throughout the day. It makes for a nice working environment.

Terrible place to work and the CEO is delusional

Terrible benefits, Heath insurance is sky high with high deductibles. The CEO Cathy Palm treats staff like garbage. Refuses to give raises, or grant time off yet she makes 250k a year with a company car. Her dog Coco is a “therapy dog” that doesn’t interact with any patients, yet the vet bills are covered from Tully Hill.

Outdated antiquated approach to treatment

Supervisors are not willing to listen to staff, especially female staff, and unable to hold a conversation with staff as they tend to talk over and above staff.

CEO is a horrible racist person

None. The food is good, but that’s about it. Outdated clinical work, nice fireplace. Wouldn’t work here again ever again

Despicable

Great staff to work with. Excellent repertoire with the patients. They pride themselves on patient-centered care. Decent pay and benefits
