Fox is set up for you to treat like you learned in school, the gold standard, not "how it works in the real world". The leadership team for the area is super supportive and there for what ever you need. They do a wonderful job making you feel supported when you are out in the community and always very prompt to return calls and emails to make sure you are never alone and never have an answered question. If you decide to work for this company, you will not regret it. They expect you to work your time, but its very manageable and the patients always make it fun.
What is Fox's best benefit?
They have excellent benefits, MedBridge, and employee interfaces that help you stay connected even though we are often on the road. They also are constantly updating their EMR Systems. While documentation is rarely a fun part of anyone’s job, they do put a number of resources into making it as easy as possible, they even hire therapists to be on the development teams. Fox strives to maintain a tight knit and supportive workplace- in a professional setting that is very independent.
What is a strong culture?
Strong culture with passionate leadership. Work hard, play hard atmosphere. Freedom to make your own schedule with a good deal of flexibility. Can be difficult to manage work life balance. Travel time not reimbursed.
Is Fox a good company?
Fox is a great company with an awesome culture and push for ethically great care. It's a unique set up - you make your own schedule and decide how to use your time. Awesome for having doctor's appointments and not having to use PTO as you can see more patients on other days that week to make up for it no problem.
How to capture a fox?
Before starting the capturing, it is advised to have at least two people present to capture the fox as it is a wild animal and has a nasty bite. Equipment that can be consider when capturing the fox are the following:- 1 A Blanket 2 Gloves 3 A Sack 4 Dog Carrier/Wire Mesh
What do you need to transport a fox?
For transporting the fox a sturdy carrier needs to be used such as a wire mesh container or a solid container with a secure lid. If it is a cub then a dog carrier or puppy crate can be used.
Can foxes be housed?
Before a fox can be housed there are a few things that have to be considered and put in place to ensure the foxes safety, due to them being a species that is highly destructive and likes to try and escape via climbing or digging.
