Great place to work
Good benefits, nurse driven, opportunities for growth, nurse internship, tuition reimbursement, sign on bonus, large organization, you won’t regret it
Wellspan is good, but the Spiritual Care department is disorganized and underfunded
Wellspan treats its employees well and offers a decent stipend by chaplain residency standards. It also offers a $2400 stipend for meals in the cafeteria (but not the Starbucks cafe elsewhere in the hospital). Employees are relatively happy and the standard of care is quite high.

Lots of turnover due to newer management
Great benefits, and great place to work in the field you enjoy. Lots of opportunity for hands on experience.
unfair business practices
My position was down graded to a G catagory because we started basing pay on titles , since I was on call they considered almost as prn but in reality I was workng 16 hours a night and covering 3 counties .
