I would consider another rehab facility!
I was admitted for a period of five days, my pain management was horrible. Even if their was a communication error from the hospital that discharged you, the facility should listen to the patient and reach out to the hospital to ensure medications are accurate.

Healthsouth usually has such a great reputation, but my 17 year grandson was discharged from physical rehab after a sever accident where he needs to learn how to re-use his leg. He is not mobile and now without physical therapy. He was discharged without home nursing and physical rehab.
