I liked working here before the changes
It isn't as good any more u work a xyz schedule 12 hr shift an it's hard to get anything done.employees fusing they are tired of having to much work load.An 2nd shift can't get it all done.They want u to due showers pick up left trays answer lights put residents dwn in a 4 hr window
Great work environment
It was a pleasure getting to work at Granbury Care Center. The leadership was outstanding and motivational. They show appreciation for your work and assist/educate you to be great.
Family like environment
In general a nice place to work. The residents and warm and caring, and the staff make you feel right at home. Yes the speed of work can be taxing at times, but after you get into the grove, then it becomes second nature.
Good group of therapist. Work well together
SNF,withrehab to home hall. Between 1 00-130 senses. Newly remodeled gym. Therapy and nursing works well together. Set your own work hour as long as you're able to treat pt. On schedule.

Best facility in town
New management is making a lot of necessary changes so it can be stressful at times but you can definitely see the improvements. We are adequately staffed and managers are easy to talk too
