Lancaster General is a great place too work. It is very open too school graduates with little to no experience, they hired me with zero experience as a phlebotomist ! They offer great benefits, from insurance,school tuition , & discounts on just about anything! For the most part, everyone is very nice.

Our Trauma Center is staffed with highly trained professionals, including a trauma surgeon, neurosurgeon, orthopedic surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses, and radiologists. AVMC's Trauma team is on duty and/or on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
