My manager is great at both locations I work

My manager is great at both my locations. There is zero flexibility and you have to work holidays. Benefits aren’t great and anything involving corporate is a lost cause

They will pay you more play nice with administration

In general, managers at Functional Pathways have been good. They seem to keep the good ones typical per DOR obv they all have a shelf life tho as that job stressful

A great company to work with

It feels good working for a company that recognizes all that you do. With Functional Pathways I’ve always been made to feel like a person of interest and not a number. Very good company to be part of!

Productive

It’s as good of a company as any to work for. I’m not really sure about advancing in the company. I was never given that opportunity, but would have loved the opportunity to have more responsibilities.

Local manager can be a tyrant, often scheduling PTA for work and when showing up is told they are not needed

The COTA that is the therapy manager is often not sensitive to the other therapists needs and threatens punitive actions if the therapists cannot do as she wishes. Full time therapists are not happy with the poor work environment.

Productive and a fun work environment

Overall happy with my experience. I enjoyed my time with this company, however had to leave because of a relocation. I would join this company again if given the opportunity.

Great company to work for!

I worked for Functional Pathways while going through college at ETSU and it truly opened my eyes to the world of geriatrics. The company offers great benefits such as PTO and insurance. It is pretty decent pay but not the nest for the position I was working. Overall=, it was a great company who has important values and culture.
