How do I search the vendor list?
PARTNER / VENDOR / PROVIDER. DOR works with a variety of community-based organizations to provide services to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve independence and employment. Our providers span the public and private sectors and include nonprofit and for-profit agencies, as well as individual service providers.
Can a state agency investigate or pre-approve vendors on the vendor list?
On the application, there is a section that asks for Individual’s Name. In this section, write the name of the provider being added. Submit the vendor application along with any required documents (if applicable) to the Vendor Registration unit. The application will be processed and a notification will be sent once complete.
How do I become a vendor to the state of Florida?

What is a vendor in VR?
Vendors. A vendor is a person or business that provides services to VR customers that will lead to a goal of employment. These services may include, but are not limited to, medical services, training opportunities, and/or specialized equipment.
Who can call RHI admissions?
A family member may also call the RHI admissions department to make the referral. A RHI Clinical Liaison will come evaluate you to see if you meet the RHI admission guidelines. RHI must also determine whether you meet the medicare / insurance criteria for admission as well.
What time does a RHI discharge?
Your RHI care coordinator will help coordinate transportation with you. Discharge is usually around 10:00am.
What to expect on the first day of RHI?
Your first day at RHI will be light to allow you to get settled. - Nurse will greet you when you arrive. - Later on, you will have a head-to-toe assessment by your nurse and a visit with your physician. During your second day, you will have the opportunity to: - Meet your care coordinator.
Is RHI smoke free?
All RHI facilities are smoke free. Caregivers and visitors need to leave RHI property if they wish to smoke. Patients are not allowed to use tobacco products and cannot leave the property. Patients may speak with their physician to obtain medication to address this issue while they complete their rehabilitation at RHI.
Can you bring food to RHI?
Your friends and family may bring you food in to RHI after confirming any dietary restrictions or requirements with your nurse . It is very important that you always confirm with your nurse if food is being brought in to help prevent any complications or injury.
