Good Company to Support Growth as a Therapist

This company provides flexible work schedules and free continuing education opportunities. It is a good company to work for as a new graduate as there are many opportunities to learn.

good clinical and managerial support

The benefits are better than I have had with my past two rehab companies. Salary is competitive. There are lots of clinical and managerial supports available to therapists and managers. The company has a large network of online educational resources as well as webinars on topics relevant to many areas of clinical practice.

Fun and fulfilling

Good time working with them. Great experience and rapport building. I was able to learn and grow with them. I started off as a PTA with marketing enthusiasm. My past experiences in marketing and sales helped me attract upper management. Upper management flew down to interview me on the sport and hired me to lead a somewhat established Austin team.

Toxic environment. Poor support

Mean selfish branch managers . Coworkers disloyal. Small bands of cliques who aim to control and bully. Lot of tension everyday stemming from workers not doing their job . Nursing difficult.

Be cautious when applying with this company

It's important to understand that this company is solely concerned with generating a profit at the expense of your personal time and dignity. I understand that this comes off as a post from a disgruntled employee, but this is the best I can offer in terms of a fair warning.

Workplace culture

The bar is continually moving. Once you reach a goal or benchmark, it is set higher. You can never seem to be good enough, they will always expect more and for less compensation. I make less now than I did 7 years ago.

Great team

Wonderful team of people to work with. Family atmosphere. Good collaboration between Administration, Clinical and Marketing. CEO was very approachable and fostered a good working environment.

Great coworkers

I can’t speak for any location other than the one I was at but loved my coworkers and my job. Benefits were good, pay was decent. It seemed like plenty of locations in area to work at.

Excellent company

H.R. process could have been smoother and more coordinated. Enjoyed working at facility, good staff on the floor. Nursing worked well with Rehab staff, which is critical when working as a therapist.

Too much focus on PCT

Doesn't acknowledge Therapist try their best and meet productivity. We need to make a living but can't because of the push pn productivity

It was a great rehab company. I only had to quit as I was moving and there was not an opening for me to transfer

Great company. All therapy companies have their productivity demands. My therapy team was great! Across two different facilities. My direct manager was fabulous, I train her. And my regional manager was outstanding.

A Career With A Purpose

Been with HealthPRO Heritage for a few years, and it’s rewarding to work with people who are driven to help others (whether they are therapists or not). The healthcare industry has had its challenges since 2020, but happy with how the company has been proactive in meeting these head-ons. Enjoyable people and enjoyable work.

Non micromanaging manager. Great people to work with. Supportive and helpful coworkers

Really enjoyed working with patients and staff in the community. The company is very helpful in getting out the most up-to-date information regarding COVID. Quickly sends supplies when needed.

Productivity is their main and only concern

I am leaving my job because Health Pro Heritage acquired us. We are a pediatric clinic and used to have ample time off built into our schedule. Now we are only compensated for 3 holidays per year (not even Xmas because it falls on a weekend next year).

What is Healthpro clinical?

Healthpro's clinical programs are thoughtful and purposeful to deliver therapy that is like no other.

Is Healthpro Heritage a good place to work?

Healthpro Heritage is a great place to work! Innovative and forward thinking, they put their employees, customers and patients first. They are evidence based and compliance driven which allows therapists to utilize their clinical judgement to provide customized care to each patient.
