Great opportunity with amazing work environment
This company helped me grow tremendously, professionally and personally. I learned time management, documentation skills, problem solving skills, and strong computer skills. The workplace is warm, friendly, team-based, fast paced, and productive.
Beware: Looks nice but not what you expect
At first, the place was fine, but quickly I saw how unorganized this place was. Sometimes you won't start working until an hour after your shift starts because of the lack of competency from nurses. Some, not all nurses are rude, when there is a cultural difference, you will sense the tension. They are short staff and lie about your schedule.
Employees are the best asset
It is a fast pace environment to work; however employees from the different department interact and cooperates with each other. Place is beautiful and clean.
Room for improvement
Management plays a big role in an employee's overall experience in a job. All in all, the facility is very clean and is still fairly new, so there is still room for improvement. Working in HR definitely gave me a different perspective of things and that may make me biased in a lot of things.
