Not a very good schedule, not enough pay
Windsor was a nice facility but the people you work with try to be your friend and get in your business too much. My coworkers were very unfriendly and pushy. They always questioned me and made me want to quit. I would suggest just working and minding your own business. Some people expect you to do much more than you can do.

The pepole who work at at this facility work great together its a great enviorment and wonderful work place managment is amazng and understanding. id recomend this job to anyone.
great work enviroment and learned alot of skills
Windsor nursing and rehab was a very good experience for me . I learned a lot of my nursing skills from here. My coworkers were really helpful and we always worked as a team.
Fast paced
While doing staff accounting for nursing homes, I learned to work at a fast paced to make sure all financial statements, bank reconciliations, and payrolls were completed in a timely manner. However, I did not fault on accuracy because of the quicker pace.
Unorganized workplace
Worst nursing home i have ever worked at. The help was unaccounted for and the administration was horrible.
