I did a search and did not find anything so here it goes, my husband has been working for a trucking company for awhile and he came home for Thanksgiving and had a relapse. He just had a drug test at this company a few weeks earlier and it came out clean, never has had a positive drug test.

The states certify programs so I would look in your phone book under state agencies to see if you can find a listing for that area, also I would think that most programs that are presenting treatment via the medical model should be DOT approve.
